• EWS / BPL households: ₹30 per month
• General residential (small property): ₹241 per month (approx.)
• Larger residential property: ₹345 per month (approx.)

Since Bhopal’s billing does not depend on actual usage, you pay the same amount in January as in summer regardless of consumption. The advantage is predictability; the downside is that there is no incentive to conserve water.
